President Swayne Lawsuit Documents

If you're following along, President Swayne was placed on administrative leave - with pay - while the details and history of these past few years is being worked through. As a reminder, President Swayne was placed on administrative leave because former attorney Marc Lyons couldn’t give any information and documents over to the board and new attorney Art Macomber regarding Swayne’s contract, historical data, or anything regarding the legal status of accreditation-sensitive topics.

So, because he was placed on administrative leave, President Swayne sued North Idaho College and the board stating that being placed on administrative leave was the same thing as being terminated. Tara Malek of Smith + Malek is representing.
